Shipping, Delivery and Processing Times

We offer shipping throughout Australia through trusted carriers. Standard delivery times are typically 5-10 business days depending on your location.

For orders outside of Australia, shipping times vary based on the destination country and customs processing times. Please allow up to 14-28 business days for delivery. Note that international customers are responsible for any customs, fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

We endeavour to ensure all orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note, at this time we are only shipping within Australia.

Returns and Refunds

Original Artworks: As each original artwork is unique and carefully crafted, all sales of original pieces are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original artworks unless the items arrives damaged or defective. If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt including photos of the damage so we can assist with a claim and provide a suitable resolution.

Prints: We strive to ensure that all prints are of the highest quality and meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your print for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Prints may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The print is in its original unused condition.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
